Issues with Dungeon Maker - No decorations or portals.

I have browsed over the forums but haven't seen anything relating to this issue, I apologize if I have missed it.My roommate is having an issue with the running player-made dungeons.  I am posting on her behalf (mostly beacuse she is so fed up and agitated to do it currently) in hopes that I can fix the problem.  Problem:Decorations do not load...at all.Portals (entrance/exit) Do NOT show up.This is not a lag issue...we ran an entire dungeon together and by the end, she still couldn't see anything, nor could she get OUT of it without camping out of the game (therefore, not recieving XP or Tokens).  She can see the mobs just fine.  (We do a lot of house/gh decorating and THOSE decorations show up perfect in every other part of the game.)Everything seems fine in-game otherwise.  Problem seems to be related ONLY to the Dungeon Maker.What we have tried:Reinstalling EQ2  - completely.Updated Video DriversRestored EQ2 Default Settings....verbal threateningSpecs (yes, it's an old computer but its always ran EQ2 fine and must continue to do so until after Xmas)OS: Windows XP ProDual Core Pentium 4, 4g RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GTX /w Updated DriversI'm sure she can't be the only person with an older computer who is having trouble.  Granted, in another week, this (hopefully) won't be an issue since she just purchased a shiney new laptop.  I'm hoping that there is a simple fix for this, we both just got the expansion and were rather looking forward to checking out these features together.Info/Suggestions/Speculations are welcome.

Which LaunchPad is she using?  The streaming or full assets download?
