WInter Rewards Freeblood...?

I played last year to get all the WInter Velious Rewards, I never had time to upgrade to velious so my account mostly sat until this week with the relaunch. Today I bought the Velious expansion and I did not get the Freeblood race unlocked with it.. I also bought AoD so my account is fully flagged going back to 1999 and eq2 launch in 2004.

I remember seeing with the restrictions with Winter Rewards was that you had to have a sub for those 3 months (I did) and then buy Velious within a year of its release(I did) 

Did something change and I am not due this reward? or was it just an error?

My wife seems to have the same issue.. expect she bought AoD first today and now Velious isnt even an option to buy and her Freeblood race is still locked.

You can still get this reward.  You'll need to contact our support staff directly so we can verify that you have the December and January rewards along with the DOV purchase.
