Where to change AAs in New Freeport

Hey, they should change the name of the city to new freeport. It'd be all official.

Can't say that I knew who to look for to change AAs in old freeport, but now that the city has changed, I'm wary about looking up the information only to have it be out of date and I went down a line I didn't like with beast lord, used free respec, and then used a chunk in another line I don't like. (Always the way when you think it does one thing and it does something else.)

Anyone find the new AA changer merchant dude?

The NPC is still in the basement of the Academy of Arcane Science building in North Freeport
