GPU memory - how much can EQ2 use

I just thought I'd fire this question in, but I'm pondering replacing my laptop and there is an option to go for 2Gb of memory instead of 1Gb for the graphics card.

I guess I know the answer (my guess is a no), but I'd just like to check anyway, can anyone confirm if EQ2 benefits from more dedicated memory on the graphics card above 1Gb?
