Every time i try to access payment sources info on my account i encounter an error message as follows ERROR!My Account Balance:
 We have encountered a system error while processing your request. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you continue to encounter this error, please contact Customer Service at http://support.station.sony.com I only have less then 2 weeks to add new credit card to pre order collectors ed AoD as i am not paying full price after launch and standard ed just doesn't look value for money, so could someone please look into this so i can edit my account details in time for AoD, wasn't my fault i had to cancel last credit card after my details were compromised on both ps3 and eq2 accounts and hadn't needed to change it till now as been playing on a years sub from October 2010 I have already petitioned it but was worried would be placed too far down a queue to be done quickly enough so am posting here in hope of speeding things up a bit, thanks in advance |

Thanks but it turns out i had to access my account details from soe.com and not eq2 website, no idea why i couldn't any more from everquest2.com but at i least got it sorted, thanks anyways |
