4sec vs 6sec

I cant decide if i should use 2x4sec or 2x6sec weapons.

With lots of haste wouldnt it be more beneficial to use the 6sec weapons?

General rule that you want the highest delay available. It allows for easier timing / more use of combat arts in between auto swings.

Myself and most other zerkers I know, except 1, prefer 6 seconds.
