For some reason it is saying I need to of been a active subscriber for more than one continuos month. I have been yet its still grey out. Is there any way this can be fixed?

I am personally tracking these issues but I do need you to open a support ticket and give me the incident number.  I have a report going out on this shortly here so if you can get it to me in the next 30 minutes you'll be included in this batch.

Still unable to gift 3 months later I would really like to see some people fired over this patch that broke all 3 of my accounts

I have tried forum live txt support petitions and phone support and all no help what so ever

If you have a complaint on any level of service you received you are more than welcome to open a ticket or to contact our support staff directly to report it.  

As for your issue you do not have over 30 days of paid, recurring, subscription time which makes you ineligible to gift.  You are welcome to PM me and I'll explain it in more detail.  No one broke your account you never met the requirements to gift.

and I did had it active for over 60days before today and yes your developers and programers broke my accounts or I would not be having any issues at all it happened exactly after you guys pushed those patches as usual

when I called support on phone they recommended DC Universe when I asked what is another good game that works I was like thats made by the same guys that broke my accounts here noway

The patch introduced the new restrictions on gifting.  Your accounts are not broken, nothing was broken, you are not eligible to gift because you do not meet the requirements.

Why SOE hasn't made a sticky, or at least had the deceny to respond here on thr forums, with some kind of time on fixing it (or even that they're aware of the issue) is beyond me. I've always had good experiences with SOE till this. But it's a huge issue for folks that bought SC in bulk, that simply can't use it for everything.

Ruined my guilds secret santa program and as part of the same bug, I can't transfer to play with my friends. :
