SOE web page Error

everytime im on soe, logged in or not, it gives me an error has occoured page, Im trying to unblocke my toons but cant get away from that error page, even if I look up a different player I get that page aswell,

any ideas on what is going on?

Our EQ2 Players functionality is not currently supported. It was once a paid service that we no longer offer. We do have replacement services underway such as EQ2 Mobile.

In case you have somehow missed it, many players want a working website to view our character info outside of the game. Many of us are even willing to pay a reasonable monthly or yearly fee for the service! The placebo of EQ Mobile is a poor replacement as it does not work well and many of us (me included!) do not have one of the select few devices it is designed for. What we all do have is a computer and a web browser.

Unfortunately I have no part in what services we do or do no offer. This is the support forums. You will be better served opening a feedback ticket for your purpose. I cannot alter the direction or design of the game or its additional services.
