![]() Several times over the last five days I have tried to contact Support, viat the Petition system. Each time the little spinning wheely thing goes round and round, and it says 'Submitting'. Tonight I left it for 45 minutes. Over last weekend I left it, on three occassions, for over an hour each time. I have had no response at any time. I have all but a couple of my Toons stuck in our Guild Hall and cannot get at them. I cannot Raid, use the GHall facilities, or anything much except level yet another Alt. This is a game-closer for me. I'm prepared to accept a rushed GU, but I've always found Tech Support to be excellent in the past. What is wrong this time? |

![]() I do apologize about the issues with the in-game browser. We do have a means of opening a petition via our support site outside of the game as well. Visit www.soe.com/support , open a ticket, and click the In-game tab. Just keep in mind that petitions go to GM's while support tickets, and these forums, are directed towards tech support - two separate departments. PM me your Station Names or open the petition, either way I'll make sure you get unstuck as soon as possible.
