![]() Right after this latest patch I havent been able to enter the world often with any toons at all and when I do get in and I try to call to guild or home or just zoning in general it just loads for forever and so I get impatient and push exit. It also lags in the very beggining. The Market comes up after about 15 seconds where as normally its instantly. When trying to enter world I get all the way to the toon select and push play...at this time the option to "disconnect" pops up under "Entering World as...." whoever I may choose at the given time. Ive read all kinds of posts about this problem and still have yet to find one that applies to me. Tried deleting certain files, tried restarting and even un/reinstalled the whole game. My PC is in top shape fyi. Someone Please help me with this issue, its going to cause me to go nuts lol thnx. |

![]() Please open a support ticket and include your DXDIAG/MSINFO files. We'll do additional testing with you and determine what is going on.

![]() Oh and I tried to open a ticket in game and it wouldnt except it...just kept loading for around 30 minutes before I turned it off. All my other games work perfectly fine though. |

![]() Exactly the same problem. My toons are all in guild hall..cannot log onto any of those...just holds me at char login. Other members are also having same issue (we are all on teamspeak) in same manner. |

![]() Ok I have identified the issue. Its def with SOE. T2 guild halls are bugged I know for sure. Not certain if any others are as well. Hopefully they will fix this Tuesday? |

![]() We're actively working on the guild hall issues and will get everything back in order as soon as possible. These, however, are not support issues we can troubleshoot together but I will do my best to provide updates on the situation when they arrive.

![]() I have had a ticket pending for over 2 hours now. Is it hard to move a toon out of a GH where he's stuck? Really? Tell me how to do it, and I'll do it myself. Sheesh! This is easy, just do it. And here's a hint: when you get a petition for stuck in GH character, move everybody out of that guild hall. Save yourself some trouble. Ty |

![]() Just a quick question...since I have 10 of 12 toons stuck in the guildhall...would you by chance, happen to know if this will be corrected today/tonight? It's a little disheartening to not be able to log in multiple toons and to have to wait in a queue to get 10 of them out of there. |

![]() It has not been fixed yet, at least not fully, as I have several characters I can't log in with still. This is why these patches need to be fully tested with some competent QA, almost a week now that my characters have been unavailable and that is really unacceptable! |

![]() Okay, I was logged in with a character that was not in a guildhall. Then I was booted to character select screen. That character was then unavailable, despite being in a public zone in Kelethin. I try to log back in to that character to no avail. I exit back to the launcher and now the launcher reports an Error message and tells me I've been disconnected from the server. /sigh EDIT: Not only that, but the launcher for Vanguard is unavailable now. |
