Holy! My Secondarys are broken!

My Shield lost almost 20% Multi-Attack and Gained a bit of critical bonus, lost its yellow adornment (Its completely gone) and has 2 hander Potency/Crit Bonus.

What did you do!? the shield has the same Potency/CB as 2 handers and lost Multi-Attack and a Slot!
