I was crafting a piece of Rygor armor for my alt Templar.  My crafting window bugged out and I could not click any of my tradeskill arts or see the progress bar moving.  This happens to me sometimes when I am doing commission work or just crafting in my guild hall.

Due to not being able to see what I was doing I backed up away from the forge to cancel the creation so I could start anew.  The process halted but I lost the 20 velium shards needed to craft the rygor gear I was making.   I understand it it eats the fuel components with regular tradskilling, but those components are readily available.  Shards are not.  It takes me longer than some to get up enough shards due to my play schedule.

I put in a petition on this and have yet to hear back.  I am wondering if this is as intended.  I would hate to see this happen to anyone else.  I also hate to think that I may be out 20 shards.

Did you receive a response on the petition?  You can tell me the incident number and I'll try and get an update on it as well if you haven't already.
