So the Kerra Isle Slipstone provides 4 DA for almost 8g of fuel (2 per combine), and the Rilissian Rager Slipstone is 3 DA. When equipment is reitemized in GU61 I propose upping the amount of DA in each item and either reducing the amount of fuel, or increasing the net result of slipstones per combine.

I'm currently sitting just over 400 DA self buffed on my Dirge, Kyrmyn on Guk, and I proc/raid buff up almost to 450. 4 DA is one measly percent. I supposed if I was at 398 DA and there just wasn't a way to get more - but this is such an isolated occurance it makes these items pretty useless.

Correct me, however, if I am wrong on mechanics. I'm under the impression that DA works in increments of 100. Any number between 400 and 499 is 4 attacks regardless.

So I propose that the Rilissian Rager Slipstone be changed to 10 DA (I admit I have not logged into Test to see what is pretty typical on a given piece of equipment...but I would imagine that by level 70 one should be able to get to 100 DA.) I further propose that the Kerra Isle Slipstone be changed to 25 DA. My last proposal is that both items be given a certain percentage chance to proc to double the DA amount - similar to the Greater Magnitude red adorn - 2.3 times per minute and lasts for 10s.

Thanks!

You're wrong

For ex. 475 DA = 4 extra attacks and 75% to get a 5th.

Edit : That said, yes Stones/Potions should be looked at. 4 DA or 3 crit chance aren't what they used to be.
