AA question in Nagafen (PVP) server

I have a level 22 Fae paladin - I have the AA bar all the way to 100% AA - yet during battles, I keep getting regular experience, not AA. Only when I discover things, or finish a quest do I get AA. This is different from the GUK server, where 100% AA means just that. Is there a problem with my options that I don't know about, or is this the way it is in this server (I've only been on this server for 3 days). Thanks

On a PvP server you can't lock at 100% until level 30. Btw, if you're looking for a guild on Nag (Q side), send a tell or in-game message to "Collametta" and I'll send you a guild invite.
