Hi,

I have a 12 month subscription and decided to play again after a break, however my characters are either completely missing or are still showing up as being on my older sever (Nektulos) which obviously wont allow me to play them SMILEY I can see them in the character select screen, but it just tells me Nektulos is down, which I would expect as it no longer exists.

Any help? SMILEY

The characters should be on the proper servers.  What you can try is deleting the LoginCache or LoginCache-US folder and _characters.ini file from your EQII game folder.  This should force a refresh of your character list and hopefully with the correct servers attached.

Hi,

I have cleared out all chache files and now no characters are appearing at all except a test character I created on Guka couple of days back.

Looking at my forum info still says my characters are on Nektulos also under the persona I am posting under SMILEY

Open a support ticket and I'll forward it over to our Character Transfer Department guys to check on Nektulos.

This is the original owner of MJE1382....why do you constantly access an account that doesnt belong to you...I earsed all my characters on this account to prevent you from further access..I have also several time reported this to sony.  I am tired of being HACKED...Back off!!  SONY YOU NEED TO PLEASE HELP ME IVE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES.
