What is error code 2005?

Just wondering. I think the site was down yesterday which might be whu I was recieveing this error code. But just in case?

Network connectivity error. It couldn't find the login servers. You don't usually see this error directly but during downtime it is nothing to worry about. Now, if our servers are up and you get this error, we got some troubleshooting to do! SMILEY
