Problem zoning

Hello, I'm having trouble with a specific zoning point -

Isle of Mara > Timorous Deep

This is the only A to B point that is locking up my game

I find I have to go from Isle of Mara > i.e. Feerott > Timorous Deep in order not to get locked up

Any ideas?
