![]() Ok heres the deal been trying to fix this for couple weeks now and about to give up. I use to play about 6 mo ago I am useing same system as then. before I had no lag or poor fps problems now I do when in any zone my fps jumps from 5 fps to 35 fps when i move it drops down to around 5 sometimes even as low as 3 zones dont matter i tested in frostfang sea qeynos enchanted lands lavastorm everfrost etc its always the same while standing still i get 35fps which is good when i start to move or travel it constatly goes up and down from 5 to 35. I have graphics turned clear down to extream performance and it doesnt help there realy is no diffrence between the lowest 3 settings when on balance there is an over all lower fps but the same up and down movement when trying to run and it spickes down to 5 everythin goes all slow motion slide show is very anoying esp when my system is not the greatest but isnt bad and is almost 3 times what wife has and hers runs fine. things i have already tried 1 turn everything off remove all custom ui = no diffrence 2. ran anti virus and anti malware = no diffrence 3. complete computer reformat and reinstalled operateing system and game= no diffrence here is my system info ------------------System Information------------------Time of this report: 7/6/2011, 03:45:04 Machine name: JAMES-PC Operating System: Windows Vista™ Home Premium (6.0, Build 6001) Service Pack 1 (6001.vistasp1_gdr.101014-0432) Language: English (Regional Setting: English)System Manufacturer: TOSHIBA System Model: Satellite L355D BIOS: InsydeH2O Version 1.40 Processor: AMD Turion(tm) X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-72 (2 CPUs), ~2.1GHz Memory: 2814MB RAM Page File: 1052MB used, 4821MB available Windows Dir: C:Windows DirectX Version: DirectX 10DX Setup Parameters: Not found DxDiag Version: 6.00.6001.18000 32bit Unicode ------------DxDiag Notes------------ Display Tab 1: No problems found. ![]() Let's start with getting your Windows up-to-date, entirely Service Pack 2 is available for Vista, ATI also has video card drivers dated as recently as 6/25/11 for your video card and operating system. I've included links for you below. Vista Service Pack 2: http://www.microsoft.com/download/e...s.aspx?id=16468 Video card driver: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownlo...ob_win7-32.aspx

I know there are ways to get the drivers installed on your laptop regardless, since the drivers do support your video device, but it's not a standard method and it's not something I can walk you through. Hopefully with some searching you will find a way to get that on there.
