I have a few questions about performance

I have tons of all player owned types of houses all through entire game that work fine and my tier 1 Qeynos Guild Hall worked fine I never owned a tier 2 so cannot comment on that 1 but ever since I Moved to Qeynos Antonica Tier 3 Guild hall I have noticed when I zone in I can run around where objects are placed I can walk through anything because there not rendering at all or loading after entering it usually takes anywhere from 10 seconds+ for things to load and render on a full client install not streamer this happens on lp1 lp2 and has been here atleast since 2010 since I got the guild hall

So my question is is there a problem with the zone server or the actual server I am on? I am on the bazaar server

I'm over on Everfrost in my guild hall, same place t3 qeynos, and get basically the same behavior you describe.  Our guild hall is very overloaded so I always thought it came with the territory so to speak.  How packed is yours?  It does seem to not render your immediate surroundings with as much priority as it should but everything as a whole.

Our guild hall is basically at capacity.  I'll send this up and see if there are new issues occurring that I am not personally aware of.  160/1600 shouldn't be that much load unless they are all reflective/water or similar types of house items.
