After about 1 1/2 to 2 hours of play time, my pc will give me the critical error Bong sound and it will window my game screen.  I get an error msg stating Requesting ######## (7 numbers not the same everytime)bytes  Limit 2040MB current ### MB  (also not the same everytime.  Does anyone have clue about this.  I have just returned to EQ2 from EQ1.  I have played all the other games and not had an issue, and I never had an issue on this machine when I played EQ2 before?

Any help would be so very welcome.

PS I am defragging etc.. after i post this.

PPS. only thing that has changed is I went to the new patcher

*****after defraging still encounter the same problem******

You are not alone. That happened to me today as well. No clue.

In addition, I am having issues with my freeblood character not appearing in game.  I can play, but toon is invisible. Can't see character in any of the apperance or character windows either. It is only my freeblood character.  Doesnt happen on any others.  Cant see it in character select section either.

A little bit ago I  zoned and the background was black, but i could see all the ui fine.  Map worked.  But no character or environment could be seen.  tried to move ,, but red arrow stayed in place on map. Finally logged out.

Earlier my fps was going crazy, 120 -200+...  was nuts.  Oh  forgot..  got stuck in neriak, so i did call to home.  When i landed.. all the housing portals in south freeport were gone, except for the sky skiff and the mistmoore ones.  /frown

Also, when I first log on, it keeps updating so many MB's of data.. does it almost everytime.  And I know it shouldnt be doing that.

I never have issues using my computer at any other time.  I play WOW and I NEVER , ever, ever have issues.  I just dont get why eq 2 is such a problem.  Eq 1 always had issues too.  /sad..

Im not computer literate, so difficult for me to understand all the tech talk, or how to fix stuff.  /sigh  off to browse the forums for solutions.

I had this issue earlier after I zoned to kunark lol on my freeblood riding Pegasus rebooting fixed it though every time I rebooted to day on full client it re-patched game several times was a bit strange maybe 6-8 times atleast today

Can you post your DXDIAG information?  We just need the top 3 sections, system/display/sound devices
