I thought I'd mention that they seem to have given us a free lon loot card as part of the welcome back program. This card can be redeemed for many things, but the biggie for house people is the hoard of the scaleborn, a dragon protecting his treasure hoard house item. Get yours nnnoooooowwww

Thanks I had no idea about this. I just redemed my 5 packs from my monthly reward the other day and wouldnt have checked again for quite some time. Got myself the hoard of the scaleborne!

Before I chose my Loot card, I decided to open the 3 free packs they gave as well. Lo and behold, I got the Hoard of the Scaleborn in one of those free packs!  Wee!   

Still haven't decided what to redeem my loot card for yet.  Decisions decisions...

I was so torn between the Hoard, the house in NH (would have been a nice change from SFP), the free character slot for a server-touring toon... but no, I chose the undead bear mount anyway. *heavy sigh* maybe next month I'll find something good in my free packs. X)

Thanks for posting this!  So is the loot card redeemable for ANY legacies loot item?  or certain ones?  anyone able to post which ones if it's only certain ones?  Deciding on what to pick is how I can spend my super slow work day, lol.   Thanks

Is the loot card already in LON or do you have to claim it ingame?

Edit:  I haven't gotten a loot card in a very long time.

You have to redeem them in LoN. 

And to answer my own question since I found out if others are interested...you DO get to choose 1 from any of the Loot Cards from Legacies...and although tempted by the treasure hoard I ended up with that icy horse mount

It's any loot card from the most recent set. There are a set of wings in there.

Thanks for posting this, I wouldn't have checked LoN until next month.

Our guild hall has a dragon theme to it, so now our treasurer's office has some help guarding the guild coffers. 

I also happened to get the tapestry of the dragonslayer in the free packs, so our hall is looking a little bit more dragon-y this month.

THIS is a very good present and I thank the givers of it.

I am never going to be able to decide lol... 7 girls across 3 accounts. I really wish lon loot was heirloom not attuned and could be passed around. From my freebee packs I've already got the shield on my SK's account, lightening blanket on my inquis, and the troll pirate illus, Tapestry of the Dragonslayer & hoard of the scaleborn on the dirge's. I had a loot candy day with like 4 months of packs saved up to redeem x3. Yes I was SO happy getting the gold dragon. Also got 1 free charcater slot, amazingly on the account I wanted it on.

The Snow Stallion is tempting, but it doesn't fly and non flyers are virtually useless nowdays.

Crimson Dragonscale Cloak is really pretty, but I rarely use cloaks (and if I do, it's harvester or a master crafter or my SK has the black lon wings)

I think I'll have to get 1 Painting: Impetuous Rover, I only see a few up for trade for more than I'm willing to trade.

The armwrap is cool too.

Blast! I'll decide in 6 months hehe.

How do you claim the loot card?  All of my LoN cards are missing and nothing comes up on /claim.

Question about the halas house loot card? Do you need to be a citizen of a good algined city to get your house?

If you /claimed the item and examined it in your inventory, jsut go to the location of the House and /buy it.

Alignment doesn't matter on the houses. my sk hubby now has a Halas home

I already own the Manors of Erollisi, but I redemed the card for the housing license so I wouldn't have to pay rent anymore. 

I have packed all my house up and saved the layout. 

How do I stop owning this house so I can buy it again with the license?

How do you claim the "Legacies Choose a Loot" card? I went into LoN and went to "Collection Manager". I see the card in there and it says I have one and it's for trade. I need -1. When I double click on it, it just has the "Terms/Conditions" and "Close" buttons.

It's not in my inventory and it's not in my /claim... How do I get it?

The door to the rent-free house is to the right of the Manors of Erollisi.  If you stand in the crafting area and face east, you'll see the door down a small flight of steps.  The layout is the same as the Manors, so you just have to load the layout file once you buy it.

To stop owning your current house click on the door and there should be a 'relinquish' button.
