ERROR: Appearance cache is invalid. 00a2ae1f5c657669

(I am not a computer savvy person.) I am getting the following error message currently when I try to log in from the streaming launchpad:

E:liveeq2frameworkscenegraphsrcVeAppearance.cpp (5265)

I deleted and redl'd the launcher just in case...

Have done more FullScans and checking streamed assets than I can count...

After I load in, it gets stuck on caching appearances. It goes thru on the "caching appearances" screen, downloading 900+

mb of data.... then when it's finished it displays the above error message.

Can someone pls help? I'm running windows7.
