Perhaps noobish question...but how do I talk in the level 1-9 channel?

I've been playing the game. I don't often run into other players...but I do see players talking in the level 1-9 channel. How do I talk in that channel?

/whateverchannelnumber yourchathere You can set channel numbers to specific numbers like 1 for t1, 2 for t2, etc by /setchannelnumber command
