While in windowed mode, the view looks straight down, no matter if in third or first person view.

I cannot get the mouse to leave the game window, when it leaves the window it will snap back into the game window(i have tried sevral diferent mice and usb ports).

When in the options window all the tabs/buttons are unclickable (or not click able where they apear to be, you can get them to click if your mouse is actually to the left of them).

Happens in both the game defualt UI as well as the Profit UI. I am using windows 7.

In Full screen mode, everything works fine.

I tried a search on this, I am sorry if this is an old issue and my key word choices didnt stir up the posts already out there with an answer. Thanks very much for any help.

This sounds similar to a DirectInput issue I have seen before.

Give this update for DirectX a run and let me know if it resolves your issue.

that did not fix the problem. but to be sure i did what you wanted, i unziped the file and ran the exe file. and then followed the set up wizard through it.

also with some further digging i found somthing about ati drivers and rolling back to an older one, if that is possibly the case, what drive should i go back too?

im using a ati 5770 vid card

I can't say for sure, I haven't heard of anything new but what is already in our knowledge base.  Set a restore point and give it a shot and let me know SMILEY

Ah that is unfortunate.  I'll be here if you run in to any issues with the new one.
