Every time I enter either of the crafting areas (including the entry area to the crafting circle) my video card locks up where all I see is huge dark jagged parts on my screen, sometimes the video card corrects itself and i'm able to move within the crafting area, but most times I have to reboot my pc before I can actually use my toon to try to get out of there.

Not sure what to look at to try to correct this, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

p.s. please "a b c" things for me as my knowledge of pc speak is, to be kind, limited SMILEY

The Thurgadin video issues are known and development is hot on the case.  We were told that a fix should be ready tomorrow morning.  It is being discussed in this thread, http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=495775

Thank you very much, I tried the water reflections checkmark and that actually made the game work wonderfully last night.  This morning when I logged in my screen was "crazy" once i clicked on the character I wanted to use.  I rebooted and it does seem to work fine.  But again, thanks very much.
