Can't enter The Down Below

Not sure this is posted in the correct place, you can move it if it isn't.

When I right click the grate I get the option to Enter The Down Below, but when I click that nothing happens. I've tried from 2 different locations. Is the zone down? Am I doing something wrong? Help?

I haven't received any reports with issues with the zone but I will send out a request in case something new has cropped up.

Sorry, it's totally my fault. Burrito party in Nettleville. We stopped up the sewers. Eew. You don't want in there right now anyway.

I and friends from Lucan d'Lere have found that we are getting booted and server shows as down repeatedly since merger. Additionally, zoning often results in either a lock-up or takes many minutes if it happens at all. LdL was reliable nearly all the time. This merger has seriously dampened my enthusiasm for the game. It is especially depressing to have this garbage right as Velious is launched. Basically, I went from a functional server where I enjoyed the smoothness of operation, to the highest population non-pvp server where I am lucky to be able to play.

Any possible perceived benefit from additional population has been thoroughly negated by the inability to play.

As clearly this merge was a poor decision, I would suggest LdL be brought back online and retransfers provided.
