is still spam.  Can I suggest an opt out function for roses, seasonal cards, etc.  I still have roses from years back cluttering up my email.  If I could hit the return email and send them back the sender might have some idea how annoying they can be to some of us. (me being part of the some!)

Edit: Add pop up quests everytime you zone to that list of unwanted spam please. Once I can see, but every darn time I zone?!

You do know that  you could delete the mail?  And the rose?

I hadn't thought of that - thanks!

I've found another way that works for me to get around the quest that keeps popping up - I just use my Kindle.

If anyone on said raid throws another %$@!&*# rose at me I'll shove it up their nose.  Sideways.

I, just once, would like some holiday that doesn't pamper to the soft and sweet (aw, isn't it cute?) side of life.

Why can't there be a holiday that symbolizes a goddess of war; where if you do the quest (that isn't 50 levels below yours and doesn't pop up every flipping time you zone) you get some super stat food, or something else useful?  (17,459 plushies later....)

Holloween?  Haven't seen it here yet but its pretty neat in EQ1 =P  Expecailly when you have to go trick-or-treating in game and can only "Trick or Treat" a NPC once per 30 mins and instead of him giving your treat to fill your trick-or-treat bag (for the reward) he gives you something like "Pocket Lent".  Also pretty cool too when you fill up your bag and then run to the NPC to turn-in and found out all the candy you got was consumeable so you have to do the thing all over gain... GOOD TIMES!

To answer your question, most conflicts in humanity have been bloody.  The monuments and momentos we construct to remember them by are not there to remember the war itself, but the people whom gave their lives for that cause.  It is disrespectful to celebrate loss of life.

Bah, spoken like a true pally. Give us Rallos followers a blood fest, with mean looking appearance armor and nunchucks!

I was refering to real world events (being a army vet and all) and why there are a lack of holidays for blood-baths -- but yeah it fits the persona =P

Hey. Accept the quest and keep it in your journal. Problem solved.

Judging from your signature, I am guessing it isn't the spam but the choice of blossom that is being used  As for the pop up quest, everytime I have declined one I have never seen it again.  Maybe you annoyed the cute and sweet gods once too oftenSMILEY

You have to open the email, you have to accept the rose, THEN you can delete the enail and destroy the rose. Why should you have to? You can delete other spam too, but at least you can openly call it spam.

If you do delete the quest it KEEPS coming up!

Halloween here involves a Trick-or-Treat timed quest where you run around and click folks they either give you a treat or they do something as a trick, shrink you, slow you down turn you into something crazy.
