Can you 'gift' someone a year subscription?

Hi. I was thinking about 'gifting' my boyfriend a year of EQ2 but as far as I can tell you can only buy game cards in 1-month denominations. Is there any way to gift someone a subscription other than logging on together and having him update his account info with my credit card?
