Please make sure the Merge Announcement mentions the Uchat issue

Just a reminder to SOE that they might want to put in beg red letters somewhere that during our merge tonight, most in-game chat will be down for all servers. That should save about a million angry posts on the forum tomorrow when all of us are watching to see how our merge is going.
