GUK - Offline Server (Down)

As per the Subject title just got booted from the server and the character load page reports that the server is down.

Please advise.

lol that don't explain najena just made a toon on unrest just fine, can't get to any of my toons on najena

Yes, Guk and Najena went down due to our database maintenance. We're very sorry. They are coming back up now.

FYI - This was an unintended crash due to our DB work. We did not plan on taking Guk or Najena down.

awesome thanks for the speedy reply ! i was about to pull out one of those things with words that tell stories, i think they are called books or something

Might be a speedy reply but 15 minutes later, the Guk server is still locked! Now, when will it be unlocked!

You still might want to pull out a book. I might hesitate on starting War and Peace though.

Yup, I get the same message also. It's been over a half hour since Rothgar said it would be right up. Also the Network Support Page now says that the Guk and Everfrost servers are locked altho my character select screen shows that Guk is supposedly up. But I can't get in.

Ah, Sony, how I love thee. Let me count the way........... Hmm, can't think of any. LOL

I don't know about you guys, but something strange happens with the fabric of space and time whenever a server goes down. For us, one minute goes by in the span of a few seconds. I imagine for you guys its the opposite though, 30 minutes seems like 2 hours.
