Create New EQ2x account from EQ2 Live

According to the FAQ and the Membership Matrix as an EQ2 Live subscriber I am entitled to create an EQ2 Extended account with Gold Equivalent status, however I'm seeing my EQ2x account showing up as Bronze rather than the expected Gold. Am I doing something wrong?

Ok, it would seem I've gotten the wrong end of the stick on this one, someone really needs to improve the language of the FAQ and Membership Matrix, because you have to do a fair bit of digging to figure out that the Gold membership only applies to the one character on the server.

In light of this is there any way to credit my EQ2x account with the time I've purchased for my live account as I wanted to play EQ2x.

As far as I know, the only subscription on live that would effect EQ2X is if you have Station Access (29.99) on live, then that would give you gold access on Eq2X.

However, it would be better to contact CS directly as there is sensitive info that is needed.
