Back to the game but confused over transmuting

I have ciome back to the game.

I got my transmuting skill up to 450 by using the transmuting spell i found in my spell book

I can transmute lvl 90 items etc

however in my skill > General tabs between mining and trapping it says Transmuting 6/450.

What am I missing here? What am I missing out on thats only 6/450 ?
