I purchased a 1 year subscription a few monts back then converted the remaining time to all access by purchasing all access (which expires 9/9) and I am unable to log on to 5 of my characters. It is giving me the dreaded "not enough characters" pop up. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you attempted to log into EQ 2 Extended lately?

I downloaded and logged into EQ2X this morning to see if their auth servers were having the same issues as the Live were, and upon logging back into Live I've since had my characters reduced to 7 out 12 - yet my account is still Station Access (and has been they first started offerring it)

I have never logged in to Extended and only have 12 characters on Live. My husband has 12 on EQ2 Live and 2 on Extended and his account is fine, he can access all 12 on Live. (Didn't go back to Extended once he created the characters there.)

Hmm, this may be one of those quirky little bugs that have challenged the GM's, TSR's, and Developers this week.  Please be sure to open a ticket.  Just be aware that they probably have a lot to go through SMILEY

This is a bit of an aside, but when you converted to SA, did your remaining time properly transfer to SA time at the pro-rate (ie if you had 8 months, you'd have 4 months non-recurring SA time?).

I saw a couple other people this morning with this.  I've got trouble tickets in already.  They're still looking into it, but if it's an individual fix, I'll get you grouped in with them, but if not, hopefully a global fix is forthcoming.  Please PM me if it's still not working in the morning.

Lord_Ebon - Yes, my account did prorate accurately.

TSR-JamisonW - I will have to let you know after the accounts get turned back to "normal". Tomorrow accounts are being reopened to /camp toon access for a week or so to allow people to pick their 7 characters they want to access.

Thanks for the confirmation! Now once my SA sub finishes it's current month I can re-sub EQ2 for a year and then upconvert back to SA once I get my rewards for the year sub.

I can confirm this is a bug affecting a lot of people.  At least you can use the /camp trick for a little while if a fix is not included in todays hotfix.

Had access to all my characters after the "fix" up through a couple days ago. I, like many people, dismissed it as a glitch that happens, but when it has persisted a few days, thought I should have it looked in to.

I am having the same problem. I have used the ingame petition so I hope it is fixed soon as I had intentions of playing tonight and the toons I particularly wanted to play are missing SMILEY

I am only getting Silver membership.

Paid September 5th, 2010.  Purchase number 1067165208

Turned in a ticket 10 hours ago.  No response.

My post was moved and this forum is telling me I do not have the right to PM a red name.  So when you tell us to PM you, we can't.

So there's another problem.

They sent you to the wrong place then. These are the forums for EQ2Live, which is a different subscription than EQ2X Gold. In either case, your best bet is probably giving their support a call or use their live chat, that way you can talk with a CSR and they can get you fixed up. The forums take a lot longer for support.

You cannot help, and have no clue about the issue except what you read in your free time.

So until you are employed by sony and have a red name, troll another forum.

Folks here need real help not opinions.

I'm not trolling, I was trying to point you to where you can get in touch with their CS since they do not always respond on the forums quickly. If you wish to wait for them to respond to this thread it is certainly your right to do so, and I will stop responding to your posts since you have made it clear you do not appreciate it.
