My custom settings for hotkeys and Eq2 launcher issues and minor video issues.

Well here is my story. My friend who refered me to this game had Eq2 on a flash drive so I just moved the folder to my comp. Well for some reason when I pin the eq2 launcher to my start menu it has to reload and rescan everything... Not to mention desktop shortcuts just flat out dont work. When I go to the folder it works no problem. I thought maybe it was some sort of registery issue since I didn't put it in the default file path, my file path is C:GamesEverQeust II.

Also I wanted to save my hotkeys and copy and paste that to another computer. There might be a way to save it in game, but there should be some file that has them saved anyway in the folder. Couldn't fine any .ini file or anything that stored my command keys. I found a UI file but not the command file.

Finally, for some reason when I mine a node, gather from a bush, hack away at some wood, ect. ect. it doesn't have that notification of what you got. Like if I chopped up some severed ash it use to say "You found some ash" or something like that. Now it says nothing, I can chop up the whole log and not know anything I get without having to look in my bag or info log.Any help would be appreciated.
