Cripple AA Ability and Guardian Hate

With the Guardian Mythical buff (that now everyone can get) making the "Cripple" Guardian AA line 100% useless, it should be changed. Currently our Mythical buff makes us immune to riposte and the Cripple AA ability reduces riposte damage after a specific CA by 75%.

To kill 2 birds with 1 stone the Cripple line should be changed to help agro IMO.

Currently all enhances increase the debuffs/duration of the debuffs applied.

Add the following to the AA's to add hate to the effected by the CA's.

• Enhance Ruin (DoT CA every 5 seconds for 20 seconds with Debuff for 20 seconds recast 20 seconds)

Add 200 hate to initial hit and 50 hate to each DoT tick per point to a total of 1000 and 250. (total 1000 + 250 + 250 + 250 + 250 = 2000)

• Enhance Sever (DoT CA every 4 seconds for 24 seconds with with Debuff 24 seconds recast 20 seconds)

Add 160 hate to initial hit and 40 hate to each DoT tick per point to a total of 800 and 200. (total 800 + 200 + 200 + 200 + 200 + 200 + 200 = 2000)

• Enhance Concussion (DD with Debuff for 20 seconds recast 20 seconds)

Add 400 hate per point to a total of 2000.

• Enhance Retaliate (DD with Debuff duration 7 seconds, recast 1 min)

Add 1000 hate per point to a total of 5000.

• Enhance Decimate (DD with Debuff duration 10 seconds, recast 1 min)

Add 1000 hate per point to a total of 5000.

This gives a Total of -

28000 hate per min or 466 hate per second (Without crits) 

Estimate of 1.7 Multiplier (crits + bonus) will give 792 hate per second. Estimate of 2.0 multiplier (crits + bonus) will give 932 hate per second.

Add in a Potency of 40%.

39200 hate per min or 653 hate per second (without crits)

Estimate of 1.7 Multiplier (crits + bonus) will give 1110 hate per second. Estimate of 2.0 multiplier (crits + bonus) will give 1306 hate per second.

• Cripple (20 points spent in Line)

Current - After any Crippling ability strikes your enemy, their next successful Riposte is greatly weakened. (reduces damage of next riposte by 75%)

Change to - After any Crippling ability strikes your enemy, your next successful Taunt is greatly increased. (increases base value of next taunt by 50%)

Provoke - 3306-3855 at Grand Master.

Ruin, Sever and Concussion can be used 3 times in 1 min, Retaliate and Decimate once each. So a total of 11 Taunts per min can be effected by the 50% bonus, recast bonuses may increase this slightly.

It will take the taunt value to 4959-5782 base, this could also be used on the Guardian's Green taunt to increase encounter agro if needed but it will be up to the Guardian to use the ability when it needs to be used.

Values can be changed to suite but I feel the idea is sound in that we are only gaining much needed hate and not via DPS or drastic changes to CA's/Abilities.

what could work is give us a threat version of rever that goes on our cripple CAs leave the rest of the AAs in the tree as is and change the last one to "Crippling Hate" and give us 500-800 hate to each cripple CA.
