Hello, I recently did the reinstall eq2 on my comp and when i tried to launch the game an error popped up and i could still play the game for a little while untill i chose an action either OK to shut down the game or CANCEL to debug, i've tried both and either have done anything. here is the error as i saw it.

NvCplAi_Notification: EverQuest 2.exe - Application Error

The Instruction at "0x063273e7" Referenced memory at "0x063273e7" The Memory could not be "read"

Click OK to Terminate the program

Click CANCEL to Debug the program

And every couple of times the for sequence is "0x063273ec" and the 2nd would be "0x00000000"

any help would be greatly appriciated thanks.

When you ask for help here you really need to provide system information so folks have an idea what to look at.  Based on the error, it looks like you run Nvidia graphics chips.  Have you recently installed/reinstalled your graphics drivers?  If so, did you remove the old drivers prior to loading the new one?  Nvidia drivers can be finicky about leftover files from old drivers.

In any case, the error appears to be graphics driver related.  Try this:

1) Go into the nVidia control panel remove your graphics drivers.  (They will be under nVidia software or something like that).  Just remove the graphics drivers.2) Reboot.3) Install your graphics drivers of choice.  6) Reboot.

There are utilities you can find that help get rid of leftover driver files if you are still having issues after reloading your drivers.  Do a Google search on "driver cleaner" as a good start.
