Tier 3 pattern exhange merchant in Lavastorm

Ive posted this in the testing feedback forum and have not seen a response so I will try here also. There seems to be a bug with the merchant in lavastorm that is supposed to exchange the patterns back into molds if we had the pattern made before the recent update. Everytime you try to exchange it it says "The price for the Elemental champion Boot Mold is Unknown" thus not allowing the exchange. I was hoping the recent update would have fixed it but it hasn't.

I still have had no response from anyone reguarding this via my petition or on the boards. I'm sure people will want this fixed before it hits live aswell. so if someone could either acknowledge this problem or point me in the right direction so that I might post it in the correct forum.

response on the boards are not promised, this is documented in the TOS for the forums

have you checked the status of the petition or are you waiting for a /tell or a email in game?
