AE Attack and Procs

Basic question: Do AE auto-attacks (a la Crane Flock) trigger procs, like the Rune of Blasting?

Trying to decide what to adorn.

Forget it, I just put crit bonus adorns in. I don't want to go through the expense of getting the blasting adorns only to figure out crit bonus is better.

best blasting adorn on mainhand, crit bonus on offhand is what i am rocking.
