Game Stuck after entering LoN, anyone else having this issue?

I have 2 EQII accounts. Both were logged in at the same time today around 3:00 CST (on separate computers via a router). I launched LoN on both to redeem my free boosters. Both systems becaome unresponsive and had to have the /exit command used to leave the game.

Now I am unable to log back into either account. The launcher goes just fine, it starts loading and then both stop with the same error:

Account is in Use

Which pops up a mini login screen. After re-entering the pw is tells me invalid user name or password please try again and kicks me out of the game entirely.

Yes I have sent a Tech support petition in, but I was hoping someone might have an idea of something else I can try on my end to shake these loose? I've restarted everything, cleared all caches, restarted the router and internet connetion to make sure they weren't the problem (even though I can log into anything else just fine) and run full scans of EQII.

Everything checks out on the computer side as far as I can tell and the only differemce between the 2 systems is 1 is running Vista and 1 is running XP.
