Level 0 commoner and EXP stuck bug

For players: Be sure to watch your exp bar.  For SOE, this is as much detail as I could come up with...

This issue has occurred twice each on two accounts for me in the past week.  I run 3 accounts, but only 2 got the issue, although identicle in result.  Not sure why the third does not as I run all 3 together farming AA exp at this time.  All 3 toons are 90 so the exp lock may purely be AA related, no way to confirm.

First Issue

Prior to the patch, but 1 day apart both my tank and healer were showing in the UI as a level 0 commoner with no AAs or plat.  At this time exp was locked although turned on in options, the plat was showing as there as confirmed by a GM, but I could not access it on my side and otherwise everything else played as normal.  Both times the issue happened while zoning, not mid-play.  Both times the bug resolved itself in about 24 hours without GM assistence although I had petitioned since all my plat was gone.  Everything looked normal at level 90, AAs back and plat available until I noticed much later...

Second Issue

Both characters were exp locked.  Again this somehow fixed itself prior to the GM response.  I had a GM come talk to me and get all the details in game and via mail, but the patch fixed the issue.  I updated the petition and all seemed fine.  However, last night my exp locked again and remained that way for an unknown time.  I didn't notice until my mage got an AA and I checked the other two only to see they were at the same % as when I started.

The facts, even if not seemingly significant:

- I don't play battlegrounds and have never zoned into a BG instance

- I do use the chrono guys often for farming AA named kills in old dungeons or quests.  I often may switch levels 2-3 times in a session depending on where I'm going.  This could be it exept the third account has not been effected.

- All characters are level 90 and grouped together.

- I use prophet UI and the files are a copy/paste to each system

- Win XP is on the healer system, but Win 7 on the mage/tank.  This means it hit both XP and 7, but not both 7 systems.

- All characters are in the same guild

- Issue affected both Qeynos aligned characters, but not my mage which is Freeport

- Issue does not seem to be zone/instance related as I run all over

- I have raided with the mystic only and he was one of the affected

Thanks for posting that information.  If you haven't already, you may want to submit a /bug report with the same info.  That will allow us to gather enough information in order to create a test system and have the QA team test that out.
