Tonight, I have participated in about 10 Battlegrounds.  4 of which have crashed.  3 of them have crashed zoneing into the Battleground in question and a naked femal erudite showing as my character at Char selection.  It tells me to re-run patcher and continues to give me the message "Character not found, re-run patcher".  It does this until the battleground is over I assume.  I log in and I have the 5 minute debuff of not being able to que becuase it says I am a deserter which adds insult to injury.  So in all I have a good hour and half of waiting for bg's to release my character plus the 20 minutes of debuffs as well as the potentially lost tokens I could have gotten from the battlegrounds.  I would like to request that my account be credited with tokens for the 3 Battle of Ganak and 1 for smugglers den.  Only one I know for sure would have been a win and that is one of the Ganak battlegrounds which I was booted from due to eq2 crashing with an attached error message when the battleground had 20 seconds left in it.  Thank you.

It just happened again.  EQ2client has crashed becuase of an unknown error.  My team was up by 700 points in smugglers den.  I would like to be reimbursed for this inconvenience as well please.  Thank you.

Booted again while entering a battleground to character selection where the same erudite female, naked, was standing. that makes 7 tonight.  i want to be perfectly clear I am not upset, rather I want you to be aware of this ongoing problem with battlegrounds so you can possibly find a fix.  (and reimburse me for tokens and time lost).

reimbursement for tokens, time - slim to none possiblity(and that is being optimistic), although you can /petition in game to make your case but wold not bank on it

As far as the crash goes, would help to detail out your system more effectively. CPU, Vidoecard, driver levels for card, sound, OS running, internet connection, firewall type, av type, etc. Basic details about your system that would assist in figuring out where the problem is occurring at. There is a stickied post here in the forums that explains the information required and exactly how to post it to the thread, follow those to run the diagnostics and what portions to post
