Ok so just trying to figure out if this was intentional or if sony just did not see this so we still might get them to adjust this. Our forest spirit spell buff increases the groups INT and WIS in a certain AOE radius. In our druid fury tree we can increase our INT by 6% per point. Last expansion i could understand that because of how stats worked but now that we are WIS based should they not be changing this to increase our wis by 6% per point that way it become a useful place to put aa points in.Anyway just asking if anyone knows if this has been adressed anywhere or if this is ment to be this way.Cheers.

no because it is a GROUP buff, which we were lacking in previously. the int still boosts the int of the group (preferably mages) & since the cap on stats has been removed, it becomes useful again.  it WOULD be nice to boost the wis also, but why dump a GROUP buff to have it just be useful for the fury? it was always there previously as a way to boost int for mages, but since there was a cap before to stats, it was useless to anybody but the fury.

The int is nice for the group, and the aa help us in our job, not help only us, so it would be nice to have wis boost too, and last expansion it was useless cause every mage get cap in int, so i wasnt casting it at all, now i cast it when i dont have to give 3 lucidity for more int and hp

Primary Stat Caps
  • Each class' primary stat detailed above is no longer capped! From 0 -> 1200 it works the same as always.
  • Once 1200 is reached, the progression becomes: ~a 30% stat gain = ~ a 10% damage (or whatever) boost. This is uncapped, but obviously becomes harder and harder to see huge gains as your stats climb all the way up into the Kingdom of Sky =P
  • This does NOT affect your other stats. As a fighter, for example, STR is uncapped but STA and AGI and WIS still are.

I know that the int does help us benifit the mages and i think that is good as well. My point is that last expansion we used int for our dps as well so in effect that buff was for us just as much as it was to help others as well. This is no longer the case because int has no use for us any longer. If the buff helped us before then it should continue helping us now. So in my opinion i believe that the aa line should be changed to increase int by 3% and also wis by 3% that way it continues being useful to the mages which in theroy it should have been last expansion but the 1200 cap stopped it and it will still be useful to us as well.

Again i am not talking about changing the spell at all i am talking about adjusting the aa point that increases the int by 6% a point which if any of us ask around none of us will put one point in it because it is useless to us. So again i think sony should fix that aa  Enhcance: forest spirit and either change it to increase wis by 6% per point or the 3%/3% split. If sony does that at least us furys might find some use for that aa ability, but for now none of us will sink even a point into it.
