Aftershock Effect on Penitent's Absolution

This effect on our Mythical use to have a 50% chance to proc an extra group heal when casting

Alleviation (Our Direct Group Heal). After completing the quest to get the Enervated Penitent's

Absolution and the new buffs from it to scale to level 90 I noticed that the proc on Alleviation now

only procs a heal on the caster like the single target heals. I hope this wasn't intentional and is

just a BUG that your now aware of and will fix. Please !!
