new account issue

just purchased eq2 complete collection,set up a station account name entered activation code but still cant log into the game though the box said it comes with 60 day subscription ...do i have to add additional time to it before i can play?

You have to enter a form of payment , you wont be charged if you cancel before the 60 days are over.

This seems like the most likely answer but it'd be hard to say for sure without looking directly at the account. If you're still unable to log in after trying that step then try contacting our support line through phone or chat. The following link contains our contact information:
