Hello, I am just looking to see if anyone has some insight into how this AA works. Just what exactly does the base auto attack multiplier do?

By reading it am I correct that it simply multiplies my base auto attack damage by .3 if it is maxed out?

So if my base auto attack damage is 100, with this aa it would be 100x.3= 103?

If this is the case am I discounting the value of this aa by considering it very weak and not worth 10 points?

Quite honestly, no one is really exactly sure how it works, but I can tell you it added hundreds of points of damage to my auto attack swings at L80. It was not a small amount.
