Starter Pack DL issue

To make a long story somewat short, i was running w/  a group that wanted to go to VoA, i didnt have the proper expansions to get in there so i decided to download the starter pack so i could join them, btw which i did through the station launcher. After the download (which seemed to work since the shadow AA line is unlocked) i still couldnt get into VoA. It keeps telling me that i need to make sure i have proper expansion or check to make sure they are enabled. Ive done both many times and also i run station launcher as admin and i have disabled UAC aswell (i did both after DL btw).

Anyone have any ideas why i cant seem to get into instance? do i have the right expansions w/ the starter pack? did download not go through since i had UAC up when i did it, and if not is there a link i can redownload it? appreciate anyhelp

Not really sure what starter pack you downloaded, but check your account from the My Account in the upper right corner of the forum and see if it is flagged on your account. If not you can purchase the current exansion and it gives you all the previous ones
