Knowledge Base: Can't Get Off Overview

This happens in IE6, IE7, IE8, Firefox 3.something, and Chrome 4.0.

I get to the overview of my customer service requests but then anything I click on from there takes me to... the overview. It's incredibly annoying. I have to close the whole browser down and restart it to get to look again. Any thoughts?
