![]() I just recently bought EQ2 The complete collection; installed it and expected a night of patching but no big deal. But i get an error message from Station Launcher saying the following: "Unable to load application files from C:programfiles(x86)Sony Online entertainmentStation launcherMain." Then asks if i want to retry; i retry but get same message again. Help please! |

In most cases that will correct the problem. Here's the specific steps I recommend if you are not familiar with the process: 1. Right click on the program launch icon2. Left click on "Properties".3. In the new window that pops up click on the "Compatibility" tab.4. Under "Privilege Level" make certain that the box next to "Run this program as administrator" is checked.5. Click on "Apply" then click on "Ok".6. Right click on the icon and select "Run as Administrator"Please let us know if the issue persists after trying those steps.

![]() Yes; have done that already. Did not work at all. Kept getting an error message; a different one this time. May have figured out the issue though; sad that sony's admins dont care wether people can play their games. If this next idea i have fails then so does the game itself in my eyes. |

Can you give me that different error message you're receiving at this point? I will probably need that information so that I'll know what to do next.
