Will update as things change on Beta and have been verified:

General Changes

  • Agility is now the Scout Archtype's "Primary Stat": In previous expansions AGI was used to determine power pool and inherit critical mitigation. It now affects our AA dmg, our CA dmg, our Poison dmg as well. Gear has been adjusted accordingly. (My poison damage, per tooltip examine, by 200 points or so)
  • Combat Stats (blue) on gear and AA's have been consolidated
    • Melee, Ranged, Spell and Heal Crit Chance are all now: Crit Chance
    • Melee, Ranged, Spell and Heal Crit Bonus are all now: Crit Bonus. In addition they have adjusted the base Crit Multiplier for each class (i.e Predator, Rogue, Bard...). The new Base Crit Multipliers for Predators are:
      • Melee/Ranged: 1.50
      • Spell: 1.30
      • Heal: 1.30
      • Taunt: 1.50 (applies to our detaunts)
    • Base Melee, Base Ranged, Base Spell and Base Heal are all now: Potency
    • + CA Dmg, + Spell Dmg and + Heal are now: Ability Modifier
    • Gear has been adjusted accordingly.
  • Resists have been consolidated as well, though due to a new direction in itemzation the resists are lower than on "Live" (Apparently resist gear vs dps gear is becoming a bigger deal in TSF)
    • Heat and Cold are now: Elemental
    • Poison and Disease are now: Noxious
    • Magic, Mental and Divine are now: Arcane
    • The Character Development Choices have been updated to reflect this. They also now allow you to pick Trauma (regular mitigation) as on option each time.
    • Gear has been adjusted accordingly.

Changes to Epic

  • The bonus based on proximity (Point Blank Shot) was removed and replaced with a bonus (0.20 base auto-attack modifier) that is active regardless of distance.

Existing Combat Art Changes

  • AE Combart Art Minimum range removed
    • Affects:
      • Arrow Barrage
      • Explosive Arrow
      • Natural Section
      • Storm of Arrows
      • Stream of Arrows
  • Coverage: Mob/Distance restrictions removed and Damage Increase increased (Live: 25.6 at Master, Beta: 32 at Master)
  • Focus Aim: Crit Chance changed to Accuracy (Self Buff and Group Buff Accuracy stack)
  • Hawk Attack: Now has a 3 position detaunt for the ranger if the Hawk dies before it's duration is over.
  • Makeshift Arrow: Now applies a 60 charge proc to ranged attacks.
    • Cast time: 0.5 sec (0.37 w/Poise)
    • Recast: 5 min
    • Effect: On a successful ranged attack this spell with cast Makeshift Arrow on target of attack
      • 795 (T9, Master) piercing dmg
      • 60 triggers (78 with the Enhance: Makeshift Arrrows AA)
    • BUG: It appears to be configured as a spell as opposed to a combat art, so it's not getting the correct Crit Bonus
  • Sniper's Arrow: Base cast time changed from 5 seconds on “live” to 3 seconds. With Poise the effective cast time goes from 3.70 to 2.22.
  • Stream of Arrows: Changed to be a “Blue” AE
    • Cast Time: 3 sec (1.5 with Poise and Enhance: Stream of Arrows AA)
    • Recast: 2 min (1 min 35 sec with Enhance: Stream of Arrows AA)
    • Max AoE Targets: 6
    • Range: Up to 35 meters
    • Effect:  based on Level 81, 924 AGI, 34% Potency (14 standard, 10 from Mythical, 10 from Ranged Mastery), 150 Ability Modifier
      • 4605 - 5615 ranged damage at Master
      • 5159 - 6290 ranged damage at Master with 5 points in the "Flurry of Arrows" AA

Level 85 Ranger Grandmaster Choices

  • Crippling Arrow VI
  • Emberstrike VIII
  • Natural Selection VI
  • Miracle Shot V

Existing AA Changes

  • KOS Tree
    • Bounty
      • In addition to original effect it will add Sta and Agi (after the first rank)
      • 10 ranks, 4 per rank (36 total)
    • Weapons Perfectionist
      • Increases Crit Bonus (instead of Ranged Crit)
      • 10 ranks, .5% per rank (5% total)
  • EOF Tree
    • Enhance: Makeshift Arrows
      • Improves trigger count
      • 5 ranks, 6% per rank (30% total)
  • TSO Tree
    • Hunter's Accuracy
      • Now increases Agility instead of Strength

New AA Changes

  • Class (Predator) (Not accessible until 81, must spend 70 points in existing tree to unlock)
    • Viscous Stabbing
      • Improves base auto-attack modifier (not the same as a DPS mod)
      • 8 ranks, 0.03 per rank (.24 Total)
      • Note: Appears to be adding roughly 15% to my ranged Auto-Attack, per the Ranged Weapon Stat Window.
    • Hastened Reusability
      • Improves base reuse for all abilities
      • 8 ranks, 1.3% per rank (10.4% total)
    • Stealthy Avoidance
      • Grants a reduction to damage for 8 seconds after coming out of Stalk
      • 8 ranks, 5% per rank (40% total)
    • Bewilderment
      • Improves the predator's accuracy for 10 seconds when coming out of Shroud (the "stealth" effect of Sneak Attack)
      • 8 ranks, 0.5% per rank (4% total)
    • Potent Toxins
      • Increase the damage and shortens the reuse time of the Intoxications AA buff.
      • 8 ranks, shortens reuse by 12.5% per rank (100% total) and raises base damage by 6.25% per rank (50% total)
        • Note: With 8 Points this brings Intoxication to 24 secod duration and 45 second recast.
    • Predator's Final Trick (requires 16 points to be spend in this "tree", and the ability is 2 pts per rank)
      • Description: Short term buff that raises the Crit Bonus and removes stealth requirements for our Combat Arts.
      • Cast Time: 0.5 sec,  0.37 sec with Poise AA
      • Recast: 5 min
      • Effect: 2 ranks, 20% per rank (40% total)
      • Note: Having PFT up does not prevent Coverage from working
  • Subclass (Ranger) (Not accessible until 81, must spend 70 points in existing tree to unlock)
    • Fury of the Archer
      • Improves the damage of the Quick Shot proc off our offensive stance
      • 5 ranks, 6% per rank (30% total)
    • Flurry of Arrows
      • Improves base damage and critical of Stream of Arrows
      • 5 ranks, 4% base dmg increase increase (20% total),   4% critcal dmg increase increase (20% total)
    • Lunging Immobilization
      • Improves base damage and reuse of Immobilizing Lunge
      • 5 ranks, 7% base dmg increase increase (35% total),  1 sec reuse (5 secs total)
    • Helpful Winds
      • Increases duration of Nature's Focus (the Group portion of Focus Aim)
      • 5 ranks, 1 second per rank (5 seconds total)
    • Cat Like Reflexes
      • Self Buff (constant) that has a 1.8 proc per minute detaunt
      • 5 ranks,  detaunt per rank (appears to be non-linear) (8369 detaunt per proc)
    • Opening Volley
      • Increases base damage to combat arts (only) when the target is above 80% (The increase does not show in tooltips or ability examines)
      • 5 ranks, 3% per rank (15% total)
    • Arrow Barrage (requires 10 points to be spent in this "tree")
      • Description: Encounter DoT Combat Art
      • Cast Time: 2 scs (1.48 sec with Poise, moving does not interrupt casting)
      • Duration: 12 sec
      • Recast: 3 min (2 min with Perfectionist)
      • Range: up to 40 meters
      • Effect: based on Level 81, 924 AGI, 34% Potency (14 standard, 10 from Mythical, 10 from Ranged Mastery), 150 Ability Modifier)
        • Initial: 1642 - 2433 ranged dmg (closer to 3000 at 90)
        • Instantly and every 3 seconds (5 ticks): 1346 - 2019 ranged dmg (closer to 2400 at 90)

Raid Adornments (for Fabled Gear Red Adornment slot) - Ranger specific focus effects (Note, that we still do not know what slots the adornments work with yet)

  • Focus: Archer's Fury VI - Adds Wounding Shot to Off stance proc
  • Focus: Explosive Arrow - 15% base damage
  • Focus: Focus Aim - +5 sec Duration and recast
  • Focus: Hunter's Instinct - 10% Max Health
  • Focus: Miracle Shot V - Positional threat reduction
  • Focus: Noxious Enfeeblement - Accuracy of NE by 50%
  • Focus: Primal Reflexes - Increase threat reduction by 10%
  • Focus: Storm of Arrows - 10% base damage
  • Focus: Survival Instinct VI - additional Armor Mit
  • Focus: Triple Shot - 10% base damage and hit chance by 20%
