![]() So coming back after 2 years seem alot has changed. Mostly for the better. But then i hit 80.. vitality stops ticking up... only people that have the 5 year reward can have 100% vitality for the new xpac. Sitting here thinking hey i created my account first day of eq2 showed my respect for the launch. Looks like they only count time you pay them |

![]() After reading about half of that I didnt see my question realy being asnwered. Which was why can we not gain vitality while at max level yet people with 5/6 vet rewards can click a bottle and have 100% vitality at 80. Creating such a unfair advantage it annoys me. Ya account creation date day 1 only 4 years worth of claims cause soes wants to be paid w/e i know there greedy why do u thinnk they made station market for fun? no money. Just saying let Vit accumulet when lvl 80 plz thnx. Personally it seems that post it used to accumulate time when not paying why wasnt i notified that it was changing i would have payed for it to keep the rewards. |

It never changed, policy has always been that ony paid time counts towards veteran rewards, not account creation time - this goes back to everquest 1 and wasw carried over. This is documented in the knowledge base. If you read the thread it is posted that there was a error in the calculation code that has been corrected to only count paid time. Have multiple accounts here, some have been suspended over the period of time due to travel, all accounts where created within 10 days of each other, the unsuspended ones have the rewards, the ones that where suspended do have the award, fair and logical.

![]() Greetings, While I can sympathize with your position, this isn't really the best place to express it. If you would like to suggest a change to the veteran reward or vitality systems then I would suggest using the /feedback command in-game. We generally can't change the way the game functions in the technical support department.
